H-1b part time 问题

请问我有H-1b full time 工作， 法律上讲能不能再作另外一份part time工作?
如果做part time的公司没有给我w-2表， 这部分收入要报税吗? 谢谢！
哪位知道有关h-1b工作regulation原文去哪里找 ?
