rebate

when I sold my house(i lived there over 2 years) in 2004, i got $1000 rebate from realtor(i pay them $10000). when the realtor wrote me a check, he asked for my SSN. so I am wondering I got to put that rebate into my 2004 taxes return form or not? where could i put in? Thanks for your help!
