“对于有经验的买家，如果不用经纪能把价钱降下来，这也是一个很好的选择。或者抢房的时候上dual，因为有经验，相信能尽量做到利益最大化。如果买新房，不用经纪builder也不降价的时候，那就谁给的回扣多就用谁。或者只是请个transaction agent。“－－如果你还这样做，可能还会吃亏的，因为你要ＤＩＳＣＯＵＮＴ，你得到的服务也会ＤＩＳＣＯＵＮＴ的，是不是这个经纪就是你要了ｃａｓｈｂａｃｋ的？
