Help Urgent Urgent !!!

I'm a H4 visa holder, it is going to expire 02/15/04, but my hu*****and refuse to renew it for me. Anyone Knows what I can do to keep my legal status. I'm afraid it is too late to apply for F1. I have a master degree here. Any help is much appreciated. I'm waiting on line.
