请教大家：如果我群发给系里各位老师，会有什么法律麻烦？

系里的chair和另外一个老师，他们2个人给我各种刁难，还威胁我如果我不去参加一个培训，就不给我课上。我去找了校长和Hr,都是不了了之。现在开学了，chair又开始找我麻烦了。学生没有找我麻烦，反而是他们2个。我想让他们停止，我能cc给系里的mailing list,讲一下事情的经过，好让大家知道，让他们可以停止麻烦我。可这样做，有啥法律后果? 先谢谢了
