请问老猫：我一亲戚，加拿大公民。一年前离婚。在加有7处房产和一屁股贷款。 离婚时签了放弃财产同意。本以为留给前妻也就等于留给了孩子。今发现她已与一白男结婚。不甘30年家底落他人手。他还能追回房产吗？怎么追？谢谢。
