根据离婚判决书能否卖房子 - 在OREGON ?

离婚判决书:

Wife is awarded as her sole and separate property the home located at ????, legally described as: Subdivision ????. Wife takes his property subject to any encumbrance. Husband shall execute a quit claim deed within 30 days following the entry of this judgement.

... ...

问题: Wife 是否可以根据离婚判决书出售这个判给她的房屋 (Husband 拒绝签quit claim deed, WIFE 向COUNTY 注册了离婚判决书, PROPERTY ACCOUNT上只有WIFE的名字, 但原来的DEED是联名的 )?
