小区里面车子被撞， 理赔问题。

我的车子在门口，对面的邻居倒车，屁股撞到了我的车子前面的bumper, 一个大痕迹， 对方想开走， 被我看到， 叫停。双方交换保险信息。对方说希望不要报保险公司，而是私了。让我先估个价先， 说愿意出500刀左右私了。我的问题： 接受私了还是走保险比较好？谢谢。邻居刚搬过来，不想关系搞僵。
