请教前辈：malware 引起的copyright 问题

今天接到higbee的信，说我的web site有copyright问题，勒索4000刀。其实我的web没有盗用图片，是malware连接了许多下流网站，看起来是我web的内容。我马上把web的关掉了

我该怎么办呢？不理higbee? 还是去跟他解释？
