申请equity line credit，银行发现有一个mortgage虽然balance 是零，但没有properly closed，十几年前的事了，我都不记得了，那个公司已经不存在了吧，不清楚是合并还是破产，头疼，明天去township，不知道他们能做什么，如果没有close，估计township也不会有satisfaction letter

有经验的，请不惜赐教，谢谢
