多谢柠檬大侠。比如某种原因我想提前终止，我可不可以加条款 for risk control.  比如 if landlord need to terminate the lease, give 5 months notice +1000 moving cost etc. Any other terms you can think of to protect landlord.  say big leak of house and house becomes inhabitable or tenant becomes annoying
