遇到老赖房客

老赖访客欠我们5千美金房租，我们已经将他驱逐了。上法庭1st cause后和他和解，答应会还钱，现在过了deadline又不还钱。律师说如果要打2nd cause要再付1500的律师费才会re-open 上法庭2nd cause.而且打赢了老赖可能无法追讨钱。因为这个老赖把钱藏到了自己公司名义下。

当时screen的时候这个租客有710分的credit,但是有criminal background 和之前被evict过的历史。中间公司在没有告知我们这些情况下直接租给了他。
