请教:高速非超速罚单会在criminal background check里显示吗？

我罚单的情况具体见旧帖：http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/law/232070.html。条款是: fail to yield or stop upon approaching emergency vehicle 41-6A-904(1)

在和prosecutor沟通后，对方愿意给一个PIA，包括罚款和6个月不违法等，之后"plea will be withdrawn and the case will be dismissed." 。我们乐意接受这些条件，但是这位prosecutor又说了If someone ran your criminal background they would see the charge and that you entered into a PIA.

 

所以所有条件达成后，还是会进入犯罪背景记录的吗？这个纪录是永久的吗？高速超速罚单也是如此，还是只有我这类情况才是这样呢？惴惴不安，请教各位大拿，先谢过了。
