Hi, man, I am sorry to hear your story. It is the life, you just got to deal with it. You may file bankruptcy which would ruin your credit history. If you avoid your debt by going back to China, even they sue you and get a default judgment. It is impractical for them to enforce it in China. It is also impractical for them to sue you in China based on credit card agreement. But what I am afraid of is, if you owe a particular credit card company too large an amount of money, they may not be willing to give up on you. There is also an unavoidable risk that your employer in China or someone else may check your record in here. They may still enforce the unpaid judgment against you if you are coming back.
