too hard right now

it is too hard as you are a h-4 holder, no income if devorced.
if I were you I will do 2 thing.

1. if you do not want to stay in US, bring your new born and return to China.

2. if you want to stay in US, give your new born to your hu*****and. and marry a citizen, get working permit, then file law suit to get your kid's custody again.

I am not good on this, it just my first thought.
