请教单身老猫，邻居家的狗经常被邻居牵到我们家草地上拉屎拉尿，导致许多局部枯死

恶心的是他不牵狗在他们自己家草坪上拉，而且让割草的越界4-5尺割我家的草，导致两家边界前面向我家凹进去4-5尺，我插了界标也不管用。

另外，他们家小孩也到我们家后院的Play Ground 荡秋千，说了也没有用。

有什么好办法吗？
