再请问stp

你说的也可以夫妻合报RA，见pub519第10页，但我好象看不到适用的依据。你是指的nonresident spouse treated as a resident那一条吗？

下面有一句：this is includes the situations in which one spouse is a nonresident alien at the beginning of the tax year, but a resident alien at the end of the year, and the other spouse is a nonresident alien at the end of the year.

你是指的这一条吗？
