2.  房子户主属于一个人还是两个人。

一般，房子贷款是谁（borrower），于房子户主（title owner）是谁，是两回事。比如父母贷款买房，房主可以写父母和小孩三个人。丈夫一个人贷款，房主也可以写夫妻两个人。
