谢谢大家，2016住满一年，substantial residence test 过了。可是为什么被IRS驳回了呢？

我们是married filed jointly， 有两个未成年小孩（4岁和1岁），

收入没有超过规定线，为什么exemption被从6个减到4个了呢？好不明白啊

（加上父母共6个人。）
