租房给欠税的家庭，急需帮忙解答

好不容易下决心准备租房给 credit score 不足500但有良好租房记录的家庭，却发现他们的信用分低主要是因为欠了很多州税联帮税造成的。 google 了一下，好像麻烦还不少，如果 RIS 追查起来是会把欠税款转嫁到房东身上的。这是真的吗？极需这里的懂法朋友们帮助解感惑。非常感谢！
