房子门窗被救火队员损坏了

房客做饭忘了关火就出门了。结果浓烟滚滚，邻居叫来了救火车。

救火队员破门而入把门窗损坏了。修理这钱谁出呢？找保险公司还是房客赔呢？

如果找保险公司，会涨保险吗？
