请教版上的前辈，关于我租房的问题

我通过中介租了一个apartment，因为我有风湿，需要用艾灸，艾灸就产生烟，结果被邻居complain了。然后有一天房屋管理处领着警察过来了，检查我只是有一些中药，确认我不吸毒，他们就用mail letter告知我，立刻停下burn herbs，并且clean房子，我收到后立刻就clean了，因为那一阵身体不怎么好，还是灸了，结果又收到第二封mail letter。他们说过来inspect房子，还是有味道，并且把我以前艾灸用的盒子打开，看见里面有灰，还拍下了照片，那是去年夏天的，他们还拍了角角落落有灰尘，嫌不干净，连百叶窗也熏黑了，第二封信是final notice before terminate the lease。 我一看这情形，赶紧找房子，同时联系了房屋管理的mamager，我说最近是heat the herbs，不是burn herbs，看来还是有味道，他说邻居还是compalain。我说看起来我不得不搬走了。他说你要结束合同，你得陪，合同是一年的，还有4个月。我说得陪4个月的吗？他说或者陪到下一个房客入住，或者两个月之类的，我说那要是你们结束合同呢？他说要是我结束合同，you will be evicted! 我觉得他这可能是气头上说的话，我问我只是burn herbs，我从超市买到的，这不是illegal的吧？他说这是rental community，不允许！我想请问前辈，这个人这句话，只是为了吓唬我还是真有可能被evicted？我不抽烟，只是因为风湿，我需要艾灸用。请各位前辈多指教！多谢！
