My surgeon has been pretty nice. Basically, I appreciated his effort and skills. He is good at handling issues between him and his patients. As I mentioned below, I am covered by insurance. It is not my intent to depreciate my surgeon's value to zero. I am not trying to reject all the bills or charges. I am wondering what kind of techinical or tactics may be used to negotiate a good discount on the bills and charges.
