请教：Parking ticket in DC

请教各位： 8月10日在白宫外面收到一张parking ticket。 租的车。 TICKET 背面有payment instruction. 三种方法：1. online service, 2. Phone, 3. mail check or money order.  上dmv.dc.gov 去付罚款， ticket 好像不在系统里。网站显示这个“We are unable to process your payment at this time. It may take up to 20 days to post a ticket to this system. To pay the fine, you may either try our online system later, mail a check or money order, payable to the D.C. Treasurer, to Adjudication Services, P.O. Box 2014, Washington, D.C. 20013 or you may pay in person Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm at 301 C Street, NW, Room 1140. Write your tag and driver's license number on your check or money order. ” 从8月11日开始每天试， 都是这个message。  打电话去，也是说ticket info is not available。  想找customer service agent, 每次都是不管选什么option， 最后都是record your phone number， and call you back.  No one ever called back!  前天发了个Email 给[e-mail]. 也是石沉大海。

在DMV的录音中， 有一段话“Tickets that are not processed by issue agent are automatically dismissed."

请问， 我的ticket 是被自动dismiss了， 还是我需要 send the check.
