有关家庭暴力

我被诬告实行家庭暴力，当时孩子在现场，不知要多大才能作证？可信吗？
她有一次拿刀威胁我，我的父亲在现场，但当时我处于忍让没有报警，现在她恶人先告状，有挑拨孩子，我该怎麽办？难道就被她有意毁了不成？请知情人相助！！
