积极面对指控，这点小事不会逮捕的。

为了你妈的好处，不要逃跑，逃跑是有后果的。

这点小事不会逮捕，但是你如果逃跑，以后有可能被逮捕。

记住一句美国俗话，it's not the crime, it's the cover up.  往往罪行本身不大，但是事后的非法遮掩躲避，往往惩罚更高。
