房子漏水,想告原房子卖主,大家有什么好的建议?

刚买的房子,住了一个星期就漏水了,找买房子的律师,他居然不管了(这个律师也太不象话了),现在我想自己去SMALL CLAIM COURT 告这个房子的卖主,大家有什么好的建议吗?
