Prepare a checksheet for your audited items. Such as Schedule E ---- Income, expenses... Get enough documents to prove your expense and income, such as invoices, bankstatment (i think 14 months would be required)....
Remeber, even you have a good CPA to represent for you, you still need to provide all these stuff.
