输掉 Amall Claims Court 的 Section 8 房客在 Hearing 上会用什么伎俩？

我住波士顿，和Section 8 房客在 Small Claims Court 打官司，法庭判她赔我$950.

法庭来了文件：“If the payment is not made, the parties shall return to the Boston Housing Court on Friday, August xx at 2 pm for a hearing on the defendant's ability to pay the jusgement. the defendant must bring to court on that date a Financial Statement signed under the penalities of perjury”
