你老板并没有因为你问问题而开除你，仅仅是要求你把帖子删掉。你不要神经过敏地说人家因为你问问题而开除你。
你拒绝删帖子，就是insubodination，这就是开除的理由。
当然，如果对方要求不合理，要求你和他睡觉，否则开除你，那是非法的。
但是，对方现在的理由很合理，你把公司内的程序发到外面去了，类似就足够了，不需要完全一样。版权侵权的时候也不需要完全相同。
§ 102 . Subject matter of copyright: In general28
(a) Copyright protection subsists, in accordance with this title, in original works of authorship fixed in any tangible medium of expression, now known or later developed, from which they can be perceived, reproduced, or otherwise communicated, either directly or with the aid of a machine or device. Works of authorship include the following categories:
(1) literary works;
(2) musical works, including any accompanying words;
(3) dramatic works, including any accompanying music;
(4) pantomimes and choreographic works;
(5) pictorial, graphic, and sculptural works;
(6) motion pictures and other audiovisual works;
(7) sound recordings; and
(8) architectural works.
