QUEST is the worst

I had the same experence.
one day they sent me a letter says they can not find my insurance information, I faxed my card to them, but the bill still coming, I mail them back with a copy of my card in the letter.
Finnly the collect agent involved, after read the letter from collect agent, I decide to pay it myselft, because I do not want deal this any more, it is only $104, and I decide not to use QUEST any more.
