我刚从警察局出来

我刚从警察局出来， 回到办公室。

我和老婆发生口角。后来我准备歇战，坐在客厅的床上开电视。老婆越说越生气，往我这边丢东西，我忍了一会，忍不住了。冲过去抢她手中的东西，我劲大抢过来了。老婆气愤不已，走进里屋。我以为就完了，回去继续看电视。没想到她报警了，说我打她。
后来警察来了，问了些话。就把我铐进了警察局（我平生第一次被铐）。

我现在禁止三天内和老婆接触，等着十天后上法庭。给我的receipt是”assault and batter the wife”. 实际上，我根本就没有打我老婆，只是想阻止她，让她冷静一些。

老婆等我被带走，终于清醒了。去了警察局，后来又偷偷跑到我办公室。我让她离开，否则我要进监狱。她说，她是偷偷来的。她只是想确定我还好，她现在后悔得不得了，愿意干任何事。。。

我们都是学生，在Virginia. 感情挺好，就是老婆偶尔做事特偏激，不考虑后果。。。

我的问题是：
1， 我们该怎么处理？才能损失最小。
2， 是先寻求学校的帮助, 还是去跟法院联系?
3， 去跟judge 说什莫？
4， 我们是否要找个律师？怎莫找个好律师?

咳, 我一点经验没有? 帮帮忙!!!
