高中生上法庭

请问各位：

一个高中生三年级，12/16满17岁.

四月有一个高二的朋友16岁给他一片学校的钥匙。他们在星期六进入学校，上了屋顶。高二的孩子有忧郁症。告诉了学校。学校看录像时发现了高3的学生。学校让高三的学生交代,他为了不说出高二的学生，推说拾到钥匙。被罚离学校5天。第5天学校告诉他高二的已经说出每人有一片钥匙。第6天回学校时，交出了钥匙。学校叫来警察，给学生notice to appear 要上法庭。请问需要请什么律师？怎样请？以后还会发生什么？谢谢。
