speeding ticket

请教各位，刚搬到New Jersey， 需要转购车险。 但是最近刚在NJ拿过一张超速罚单（10mile above the limit). 去法庭后，交了罚款，法官forgave the ticket. 在购买新车险时，我是否可以回答从来没有moving violation？谢谢了
