(B) 您文中所說的 "，一方死亡，留下债务，他的家人file bankruptcy，it 是否影响另一方的财产",可能有一些混亂,因為當事人的夫婿如果已經過世,那麼當事人夫婿本人所留下的財產是依據當地的法律經由 probate 程序來處理,(先還債然後依據遺囑或是法定繼承順序來分配)而其遺孀如果 file bankruptcy, 這是針對她本人所繼承夫婿所留下的財產與她個人的財產 (包括債務) 來處理,你可以參考這個資料

(C) 如果雙方只有實際分居,但是沒有真正在當地法院  file 正式的離婚訴求divorce (file form c11 or c12) 或是依據下列的程序走完整個程序
