我是加拿大公民，劳工是中国公民，F1,美国读书中，如果我要去

美国陪劳工读书，是不是还要去使馆办F2的签证？还是不用办任何的签证。
还有个问题，如果不用办签证，听说美国有些州的规定是：只要在本州住满1or 2年，申请学校就可以享受本国学生的学费，如何才能证明在美国住了这么久呢？
