回复:哪位知道-商法典是国际性的呢,还是德国的和中国的不一样啊?

Of course, the Code of Commercial Law is territorial. But it does not mean the specific rules must differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. International trade law traditionally involves internaional trade custom and international treaty. International law orginally arises from international customs and nations codify them through treaty negotiation. In modern times, the powerful nations, such as 1800's Britan and 1900's US, may push forward the adoption of the trade rules created by them globally. Especially, the WTO, as a trade regime, has much expediated the creation and enforcement of uniform international trade rules. Moreover, as a developing country, in the course of legislation, China must follow and adopt as laws the popular trade customs. Therefore, in nature, China's trade laws must be different from Germany's. But the specific rules might be the same/similar.
