Hi, some of background information:
Tenant did not sign the lease that I mailed to her(lease term 9/1/2015-8/31/2016), I sent her a email ask if she agree to the lease term a couple of weeks ago(if she agree, then she need to sign the lease and mailed it back to me, if she doesn't agree, then our lease is becoming month to month), no response. then I sent a certified letter ask her same thing last week, and I found online that the certified mail is not being picked up.
I planned to wait for the certified mail back, then send her 30 day notice, is this ok?
