几个问题

1.  你作为妻子能不能向他妻子（或者向他们共同拥有的房子）讨债，取决于你们家和他们家所在州和所在国家的法律。请问借钱的时候他们住在哪里? 你们住在哪里？如果搬过家，我是问借钱的时候的住址。

2.  借钱的时候是否有纸面欠条？如果没有，很可能算赠予，谁也要不回来。
