If they expressly provided that the reservation can not be canceled or changed, you can not get your money back. However, since they said that they cannot put your reservation back, their acceptance of your cancellation would be deemed a modification of the contract. Accordingly, they should not be paid for the service they never provided, therefore you deserve a total or partial refund. If you reasonably believe that you should not pay the money, you can stop the payment.
