车totled，和保险在讨价还价中，停车费用谁负责？

我在乔治亚，车11/17。titled. 当时保险公司和修理厂协商后同意把车停在修理厂，我没有签任何协议也不知道有停车费。12/10确认车被报废了。之后就是讨价还价，还没有解决。但是Adjustor说它们有8天左右的delay

 

今天修车场说要收300块钱, 虽然钱不多，但是非常堵心，不知道有没有法律依据让保险公司付？
