请教老猫

夫妻双方一个上班，另一个有能力上班，但是眼高手低，一直闲着，还常常这个那个的。有个还在上学的孩子。

现在到时候了，有工作的一方愿意带孩子。

现在想请教老猫，对方如果一直不想上班，詹养费是不是一定要一直支付？孩子的生活费肯定是指望不上了。
