我们这里，用最薄最便宜的granite，换一般大的厨房台面，也要2000-2500

我觉得3000在加州应该是非常便宜的了吧。最主要的是才住两年就要换台面，那得多脏主人才冒着打官司的危险去换，但凡能租出去，好好清理一下就可以了。
