80% 一击就穿。  剩下的15% 再击也就穿了。只有5%能起保护作用。

LLC set up and maintenance is the problem.  Most of them do not know how to maintain it.

所以你要真想弄， 好好学习你本州的法律。 想省事， 花几百块钱买个5M的伞险， 基本山也就够了。

当然， 你要是大富豪又当别论。
