we got the writ of possession. The bad tenant didn't move out his stuff during the lockout date. There is a 15 days period that the landlord has to keep his stuff. They came to pick up things today and then claimed that lost the patio furnitures and something and said the neighbor saw one asia guy was giving out free furniture. I am pretty sure he tried to accuse us or lieing. I took some pictures before they picked up things, but it's hard to say whether he already moved out those furnitures or not. We called 911 and let them know. but it's not urgent, the sheriff didn't show up.
Could anyone give some advise on how to deal with this situation? Thanks a lot!!!
