我父亲03年11月到达美国，

04年3月申请延长。寄去的原件包括护照。到现在还没有收到寄回的护照和新的I-94。 打电话问了好几回，只说在审理中。申请寄回原件的信也发了几封，均无结果。请问我父亲想回国该怎么办？谢谢。
