钱又被credit company拿回去，理由是，经过调查，旅馆我住了，也就是消费人是我自己，如果和预定时有出入，应该要求Expedia refund, 但不符合dispute的规则。

楼主的情况就是他坐飞机了，如果之前争执，dispute可能有效，现在怎么证明这笔消费是错的？
