to ask them where is your computer? Don't tell them about anything related
to your apartment manager. It is seller's responsibility to deliver
the computer to YOU. The seller will contact UPS, UPS will contact
your apartment manager, she is responsible for the computer with
her signature. Let UPS deal with her.
