About cyberstalking

今天收到一封信，是给我儿子的。我儿子情况不太好，今年22岁，是自闭症患者，由于智力和社交能力坑坑洼洼的，他的精神状况不太好，但他也不愿意吃药，他也没有一个朋友。于是他怀恨在心，经常在facbook上写威胁人的话或者中指符号，并且范围比较大，次数比较多，想泻泻火，他自己心里也知道不对，但却控制不能自己。结果被人告了。律师的信说是他有一个summon.

心里比较乱，该怎么办？
