买房从来没有用过律师。不过从你的list看，除了‘Fee for this transaction - $1,450’，其余的就是正常的closing cost，应该是title公司受的fee。一般closing cost 2千多是差不多，我估计你的3690里律师只拿1450，其余的是付给title公司的费用。
